Recently, I joined our engineering team to witness the factory testing of our SPO Power Quality Integrated Solution. The tests covered harmonic mitigation, reactive power compensation, phase balancing, as well as comprehensive safety verification—including insulation clearance, withstand voltage, overcurrent/overvoltage/overload protection, alarm functions, and workmanship inspection.
Our customer requested a live withstand voltage test on a 400V power quality system. While the standard requirement is 2000V for 2 seconds, we extended the test to a full 60s during the live demonstration—and the equipment passed without any issues.
Every test is carried out with one goal: delivering reliable performance in the field.
